Miss Pennsylvania USA resigns, alleges Miss USA pageant was fixed.

Miss Pennsylvania USA Sheena Monnin, 27, has decided to turn in her state title and crown and step down after Sunday's Miss USA competition because she says that she has evidence that it was fixed. Monnin wants to distance herself from the Miss Universe Organization, which runs Miss USA, because it does not reflect the same moral integrity she values.

Bob Welch, singer/guitarist, early member of Fleetwood Mac, found dead.

Bob Welch, an early member of Fleetwood Mac from 1971 to 1974, was found dead Thursday in his apartment in Nashville. His body was discovered by his wife with a single gunshot wound to the chest and suicide note.

Jurors in the clergy abuse case against two Archdiocese of Philadelphia priests are gearing up for a long deliberation. They first entered the jury room with the case in their hands last Friday afternoon and have since sent back inquiries on legal guidance as well as additional evidence. Today they asked Judge M. Country star Kenny Chesney will be playing a FREE concert June 20 on the beach in Wildwood, NJ.

Ray Bradbury, Sci-Fi Author, Dies at 91

Ray Bradbury, the author of classics such as "Fahrenheit 451," "Something Wicked this Way Comes." and "The Martian Chronicles," passed away Wednesday morning in Los Angeles at the age of 91.

Bradbury began his writing career in 1938 by writing for fanzines, becoming a full time writer in 1943. His breakthrough, "The Martian Chronicles," was published in 1950. It was about man's attempt to colonize Mars after nuclear war on Earth.

Clergy Abuse Tab Over $11 Million, Neshaminy Teacher Strike, Babysitter Murder Trial

Archbishop Charles Chaput estimates that the Archdiocese of Philadelphia has spent more than $11 million on the ongoing clergy abuse crisis and that does not include the trial of Monsignor William Lynn. Chaput stressed that the money to pay the bills will come from the sale of excess property owned by the archdiocese.
