A drone was confiscated at the Phillies game in South Philadelphia yesterday afternoon. Fans and security spotted the drone outside the third base gate at Citizen's Bank Park. The operator was instructed to bring it back to the ground and could face fines. FAA rules bar flying drones below 3,000 feet and within three miles of baseball or football stadiums with a seating capacity of at least 30,000.

Nineteen people were displaced overnight after fire tore through several rowhomes in Chester, Delaware County. Flames broke out around 1:30 a.m. Monday along the 400 block of Bickley Place.
The fire started in a vacant home and quickly spread to three occupied houses. All four homes, including the vacant house, were seriously damaged by the fire. A fifth home was damaged by smoke. | Police are investigating after a newborn baby was found dead inside a duffel bag in West Philadelphia. The child was discovered on Friday evening on the 5800 block of Norfolk Street and transported to the hospital and pronounced dead at 5:59 p.m. The child may have been born on Thursday.
