Philadelphia police have a person of interest in custody wanted in connection to recent sexual assaults in South Philadelphia. Police had issued an arrest warrant on a parole violation for 32-year-old Raheem Felder who previously served 12 years for attempted murder. Felder was identified by numerous tips after surveillance video was released following Monday's attack and robbery in Point Breeze on the 1800 block Rosewood Street. He is also wanted in connection to another attack and attempted sexual assault on the 1700 block of Chadwick Street in March. U.S. Marshals and Philadelphia Police served a search warrant at a home on the 1300 block of Chadwick Street Friday afternoon and recovered evidence. There is a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.

Police have identified the man who was found dead inside a suitcase in Tinicum Township, Delaware County, yesterday. A man walking his dog near 2nd Street, right by the Philadelphia International Airport, discovered the large brown case in the weeds and called police after a foul odor signaled something was wrong. Authorities opened the case to find 40-year-old Scott Stephen Bernheisel of Philadelphia stuffed inside. They think he had been there 3-5 days. There is no word on a cause of death. Police are still investigating.

Radnor Township police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a female jogger on a popular running trail. The victim told police that it happened around 8:45 a.m. on the Radnor Trail near Conestoga Road and Brookside Avenue. She passed a male jogger wearing only running shorts. Once he went by she turned around and the male had stopped on the trail and pulled his shorts down to his ankles exposing himself. He did not touch or talk to the victim. He is described as a white male in his mid-20's, tan, light brown hair, 5'9”, medium athletic build. If you have any information contact police at 610-688-0503. This is a different incident then Tuesday's when a female jogger was slapped on the buttocks by a man on the Radnor Trail. That man has already been arrested.

Tonight,
Partly Cloudy, temperatures in the low 80s/upper 70s this evening in Center City.
