2013's First Walla Fest, January 6th 7pm at the Center Theatre in Norristown, Live Broadcast

If you're looking for a way to spend this Sunday evening, check out the first Walla Fest of 2013. The fest started as a school project created by the three founders, Ant Bui, Keba, and Yesenia. Each Walla Fest includes art and music, as a way to showcase the creative young talent in Norristown. The latest installment of the festival will include the normal pre-music art show, but with a twist. This time, there will be a specific theme for the art exhibit portion. The art show will also utilize Instagram as a new way to get the crowd involved with an interactive installation.

For the music portion of the fest, this Walla Fest will include performances from: Q Family Band, The Retinas, Boog, Cousin Brian, and Satellite Hearts. The organizers are looking forward to having crowd favorites Satellite Hearts returning to the stage. They are also looking forward to seeing an 11 person band perform at Walla Fest (The Q Family Band).

iRadioPhilly will be on hand to live broadcast all of the musical performances. You can listen to the show LIVE online for on our FREE mobile apps. For more information on the Broadcast visit the broadcast page at: http://www.iradiophilly.com/wallafest

Doors open for the art show at 7pm, with music starting at 8pm. Admission is $5 at the door.
