Former WWF superstar Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka has been arrested for the 1983 murder of his girlfriend in a hotel room in Allentown. Authorities allege that Snuka beat 23-year-old Nancy Argentino of Brooklyn to death in the Lehigh County motel room she was found in following a WWF event. Snuka has maintained his innocence for the past 32 years. A Montgomery County attorney was arrested Monday and charged with raping one of his clients. Vincent A. Cirillo Jr., a defense attorney with offices in Norristown, allegedly raped a woman whom he had been hired to represent. The alleged rape occurred on Aug. 3, officials said, and the woman reported it to West Norriton police three days later. 56 year old Cirillo, of Gladwyne, is the son of the late Superior Court Judge Vincent A. Philadelphia area hospitals are firming up their game plans for the papal weekend, especially in terms of how to take care of staff that can't go home. PennDOT is preparing for the Pope's Arrival by scaling back on its ongoing road projects on major highways in the region. A former state police firearms instructor was sentenced today for an accidental shooting that killed a state trooper during a training session last fall. 43-year-old Corporal Richard Schroeter was sentenced to 3-18 months followed by 4 years probation. The first two weeks will be spent in county prison, followed by house arrest.
