At least 27 people were injured when a senior living facility went up in flames last night in West Chester, although investigators are still trying to account for everyone. New Jersey police have captured 3 of 4 teenagers who escaped from a juvenile detention center overnight. It started at the Harborfields Youth Detention Facility in Egg Harbor City around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. The four teens overpowered a guard and stole his keys.
