Philadelphia Police are investigating after a laptop and encrypted USB flash drives were stolen during a break in at an election machine warehouse in East Falls on Tuesday night, 9/29. It happened at Election Systems and Software (ES&S), a voting machine manufacturer, located on the 3500 block of Scotts Lane.
