Duck Boat Victim Video, Wily Coyote Stalks Main Line, Season Ticket Holders Sue Flyers

Testimony continued in the Philadelphia Duck Boat case. Video was shown in court of the moments before the crash. One of the Hungarian students killed, 16 year old Dora Schwendtner is seen tossing a life jacket to the Duck Boat crew mate who jumps into the water just before the collision.

A wily coyote has been spotted in Wayne and has residents concerned about the safety of their pets and children. The Main Line coyote has been sighted three times in the last several weeks. Coyotes are typically scared of humans but prey on small animals. Owners of small dogs, rabbits, cats, road runners are advised to keep a close watch.

A class action law suit has been filed by a group of Philadelphia Flyers season ticket holders. They claim Flyers owners misled them and charged them extra for ticket packages including tickets to the NHL Winter Classic ice hockey game January 2nd at Citizen’s Bank Park.

Cole Hamels will serve a 5 game suspension for welcoming Bryce Harper to the majors.

Tonight the 76ers try to wrap up their NBA Playoff series with the Bulls.
And the Flyers try to extend their playoff life with the Devils.
