Police in Upper Darby are searching for clues in an early-morning shooting. A person was found with at least one gunshot wound around 1:30am near Powell Lane and Harrison Avenue. Police are investigating, searching for shell-casings or other things left behind by the gunman. They're also checking for possible eyewitnesses or surveillance cameras in the neighborhood.

A Philadelphia "pop" artist is the man behind the official World Meeting of Families portrait of Pope Francis. Perry Milou, the Philadelphia native says his life is filled with so-called divine coincidences. He was born on St. Francis Day, October 4th. His daughter's name is Francesca. And his infant son, to be named Francesco, is due to be born the week Pope Francis arrives in Philadelphia. The portrait, "A Prayer for Peace" depicts the Pope blowing a kiss to the world. He sent the image to officials at the World Meeting of Families. They licensed it, along with the painting “Holy Day,” which depicts the Pope outside of the Philadelphia Art Museum. The work is now featured on t-shirts, mugs, tote bags and posters. “A Prayer for Peace” is for sale for $1 million with much of the proceeds designated for charity. To purchase some of the products featuring Milou’s work, visit: http://shop.worldmeeting2015.org/popefrancis

The giant Phillies cap that adorned the William Penn statue for the 1993 World Series can be yours. It’s being auctioned on eBay. A year or so later, memorabilia dealer Glen Spence says one of his guys saw the hat in the trash behind Veterans Stadium. Spence retrieved it. It sat for a time atop his former store on Oregon Avenue. He says the Phillies could have had it. Now, Spence says, after years of being shuffled from warehouse to warehouse, the cap is on eBay with an asking price of $10,000. He says it’s time to let someone else love a priceless piece of Phillies lore. See it on eBay.
