Teenage fugitive Haseem Singletary has turned himself in to police. The 16-year-old was accompanied by his family and lawyer, Bill Brennan, when he walked into Southwest Detectives late Thursday night. The teen has been wanted since Wednesday when he escaped from private contractors that were hired to transport him from Florida to Philadelphia. Police say Singletary has a long criminal record. He was wanted by authorities for crimes including home invasion and armed robbery. Singletary's brother, who accompanied him Thursday night, is former Philadelphia Traffic Court judge Willie Singletary.

Lulu is the private network for women to share reviews of the men in their phone’s contact list. It isn’t a new app, but is growing in popularity with women…and now some men. VP of Marketing , Deborah Singer, describes Lulu as an app for dating intelligence. It was created to help women who date online or outside of their network of friends. It searches their phone’s contact database for the men and only women have rights to do the rating. There are seven different categories including ambition, commitment and humor. Women can add hashtags ranging from the good like #respectswomen to the bad like #rudetowaiters. Any guy can remove themselves from Lulu, but Singer says more than one million guys have downloaded the app to see how they’re rated. The app is free and available on apple and android devices.
