Monday is the deadline to sign up for private health insurance in the new online markets created by President Barack Obama's health care law. Agents from Independence Blue Cross helped customers sign up for a plan that works for them in Bala Cynwyd on Sunday. While one person will be paying as little as $21 a month, another said they will be paying 15 cents for their insurance plan. Rates are based on income and a number of other factors. The deadline is March 31st at midnight for the states where the federal government is running the sign-up website.

Police say a 16-year-old was found shot to death Sunday inside an apartment in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia. The shooting happened Sunday afternoon at an apartment located on the 1600 block of Wallace Street. The victim was found with a gunshot wound to the head.

Police are searching for an armed man who robbed the AMC Marple 10 theater in Delaware County. The unidentified man walked into the theater at about 11 p.m. Friday night. The man allegedly took $600 from the registers and fled the theater within seconds. Police say a security guard followed the man into the parking lot and fired shots after the robber pointed a gun at him.
