Police say a 17-year-old male is dead after a shooting Monday night in Wilmington. It happened at the 2600 block of North Van Buren Street. Wilmington Police say officers found the victim in the street and performed CPR. The 17-year-old was rushed to Christiana Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

After a day full of flight delays and cancellations on Sunday, airlines serving Philadelphia International Airport are planning how do deal with today’s snow. Some airlines flying into and out of Philadelphia say they are willing to help passengers who want to change their plans ahead of the storm. The airport’s two main carriers, US Airways and American, say they will waive change fees in light of the forecast.
