A Pennsylvania woman is being held without bail after authorities say she gave birth to a baby then left him to die in a sports bar toilet. Amanda Catherine Hein was arraigned Monday on a single count of criminal homicide in the death of the baby discovered in the pub’s bathroom last week. A cleaning crew found its body the next day inside Starters Pub in Bethlehem, about 30 miles north of Philadelphia.

The Bethlehem Area School District says Farmersville Elementary School will remain closed Tuesday and Wednesday as mold cleanup continues. According to the school district, cleaning, remediation, and air quality testing is not complete. Mold cleanup was completed at East Hills Middle School and will be open at the regular time on Tuesday.

Traffic congestion near the Christiana Mall in Delaware is about to get a lot better. A new ramp connecting southbound 95 to Delaware Route 1 is set to open on Tuesday. Transportation officials expect it to cut down drive time to the mall, Dover and the Delaware beaches. DelDOT officials estimate more than 200,000 drivers use this part of I-95.
