New Blackberry 10, Cherry Hill Liquor Sales, Bryant Elementary School New Principal

Wednesday is a big day for Blackberry. They're expected to unveil new phones that run on a new operating system. The new full touchscreen device will run on Blackberry 10, which has shortcut icons like you're used to but with a virtual keyboard that suggests corrections right over the letter your finger lands on. We'll likely also see a BB10 model with a physical keyboard.

Cherry Hill officials are considering changes to the ordinance requiring liquor to be sold in a “stand alone” store or in a strip center with its own entrance, opening up the possibility for supermarkets to sell booze in their town. This measure was first introduced to council January 14th but some changes need to be made. No word on when it would be reintroduced and ultimately take effect.

A new principal is taking over at a West Philadelphia Elementary School where a 5-year-old girl was abducted earlier this month.
Philadelphia School District Superintendent William Hite announced on Monday evening that Micahael Rosenburg would take over as principal of Bryant Elementary School in Cobbs Creek, effective today. Hite also said the school district was taking disciplinary action against three other employees at the school.
