Philadelphia Police are investigating an apparent murder suicide Wednesday night. Police were called out to an apartment building on the 3600 block of Gateway Drive at about 2 Wednesday afternoon after receiving a call to check on the well being of the resident who had not shown up for work. When officers arrived, they found a 24-year-old Hispanic man and a Hispanic woman in her twenties, both with a gunshot wound to the head.

Police say they have arrested two people in the murder of Sabastian Nunez Suarez who was shot late Monday while sitting in the driver’s seat of his limo in the Feltonville section of the city. Police said Wednesday that 22-year-old Christopher Conway from the 4000 Block of N. 5th Street was arrested and was being charged with murder, robbery and related offenses. They said similar charges were also planned against a 15-year-old youth.

Philadelphia Police have two of the teenagers connected to the rape of a 12-year-old girl in Kingsessing in custody. The girl says she was attacked by a group of 14-year-old boys Monday night in a stairwell inside the Francis Myers Recreation Center. Police believe three boys assaulted her, while a fourth served as a lookout. Authorities say the two teens in custody have been charged with rape.
