Archbishop Chaput is scheduled to announce the fate of 27 priests linked to the sex abuse scandal. The priests had been suspended by Chaput's predecessor Cardinal Justin Rigali because of allegations of sexual abuse.

As Governor Tom Corbett proposes budget cuts, non-profits are concerned that the most vulnerable population will be hardest hit. Corbett’s proposed budget moves some health and human services funds from the state to individual county responsibility. The cuts would eliminate jobs for many Pennsylvania non-profits.

Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey has confirmed that Philly cop Anthony Datillo has been suspended and is under investigation for sexual assault of a 14 year old girl. The incident took place at a Bensalem Motel where the officer allegedly assaulted the teen and made her watch him have sex with a prostitute.
