Tomorrow is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. Expired and unwanted medications pose threats both to abusers and the water supply. Never flush drugs and if you dispose in the trash, do so in a plastic bag with coffee grounds or kitty litter. The safest way is to use the Take Back program. Supermarkets, churches, municipal buildings and police stations are among the places taking part, under police supervision. Click Here to search for a Take Back location

Kermit B. Gosnell, the West Philly Dr. awaiting trial on charges of performing illegal abortions and the murder of a mother and seven newborns, plead not-guilty to federal charges that he operated a “pill mill”. He is charged with selling prescriptions for oxycodone and generic Xanax. Three of his workers have plead guilty in relation to this drug case.

In Sports, Flyers will meet the New Jersey Devils in round 2 of the NHL playoffs, Game one is sunday at 3 in Philly. Sixers start the NBA playoffs tomorrow against the Chicago Bulls, game time is at 1pm. Villanova Women's Distance Medley Won the Championship of America at the Penn Relay's Thursday night anchored by Sheila Reid.

Clear Skies this tonight and cool, temperatures dipping into the 40's this evening, going down to 37 overnight.
