Mayfair Slasher Arrested, Cherry Hill Deals With Bully Teachers, Fighting Parking Tickets

The Mayfair Tire slasher has been arrested. David Toledo, the man who claimed to be on the Town Watch force, and who himself had his tires slashed, apparently did it all himself. Police say Toledo has a history of being a trouble maker and now is accused of slashing tires on 55 cars.

The Cherry Hill School District is investigating claims that teachers bullied students with autism. The student’s father wired his son with a recorder and captured teachers loudly screaming at students. One of the teachers has already been fired.

Philadelphia City Council has made it easier to dispute parking tickets. The plan lets you file your disputed parking tickets on line and on the phone. Under the new plan, those fighting tickets would no longer have to appear in person.

Sports
The Penn Relays begins today with area high school girls relays and a few collegiate track and field events.

Tonight the 76ers finish off the regular season in Detroit with the Pistons.
