It seems like the wild animals have gotten spring fever. Upper Darby is on the lookout for a raccoon who bit a 15 year old girl on the leg. The victim was staying overnight at her boyfriend's parents' and woke to use the bathroom when the raccoon who had climbed in the house bit her on the leg and ran. In Wayne, authorities tracked down a man who found an injured red fox along Lancaster Ave, but left without giving his info. The fox was determined to have rabies, and the man, though not bit , needed to be warned regardless.

Rudolph Valentino Gary Jr., the off-duty rookie Philadelphia cop who fatally shot his brother-in-law following a neighborhood water-gun fight in 2010, pleaded guilty to third-degree murder Wednesday, sparing himself the possibility of being found guilty of first-degree murder and spending the rest of his life in state prison.

In Sports, Asante Samuel and the Atlanta Falcons came to terms on a reworked three-year $18.5 contract. The Eagles will receive a 7th round draft pick in the trade.

Phillies crushed the Diamondbacks 7-2. Cole Hamels gets the win.
