Two North Carolina men accused of drugging and raping a Bucks County woman while on Spring Break in Miami are now charged with her murder. A grand jury in Miami-Dade County found the pair responsible for the fentanyl-induced death of 24-year-old Christine Englehardt of Richboro. 21-year-old Evoire Collier and 24-year-old Dorian Taylor have been behind bars since March charged with sexual battery, burglary, and theft. The grand jury report accused them of the "unlawful distribution of fentanyl." They allegedly slipped Englehardt a "green pill" that contained a fatal amount of the drug. The autopsy also showed that her blood alcohol level was around .20 and asphyxia may have played a role in her death. Video surveillance from the Albion Hotel shows the defendants holding Englehardt up as they walk through the lobby, apparently not in a state to consent. They are seen leaving the hotel by themselves a short time later. They were located and arrested after using her stolen credit cards. Taylor has been charged with the murder of 21-year-old Walter Riley from Chicago. He was also given one of the pills and was found dead.

Philadelphia Police have arrested a 16-year-old boy in connection to a shooting outside a Fishtown club back in March. The teen was arrested on July 27 and charged with seven counts of attempted murder. The shooting happened around 8 p.m. Friday night, 3/26, at the Golf and Social Club on the 1000 block of Delaware Avenue. An altercation inside the club spilled out onto the sidewalk. Surveillance video shows two shooters approach the crowd and open fire. Seven people were injured by gunfire ranging in age from 17-42. Police are still searching for the second shooter. Several other police departments helped locate and capture this suspect. His identity is being withheld because he is a minor.

Police in Burlington County, NJ, have captured a man wanted for assaulting his elderly neighbors and stealing their car early Wednesday morning, 8/4. 44-year-old Rhys Lershe was arrested Wednesday night in Millville. He is charged with burglary, aggravated assault (2 counts), robbery, endangering an injured victim, theft of a motor vehicle, and terroristic threats. Just after 12 a.m. Wednesday, Lershe broke into a second floor window of his neighbors' home. He demanded the keys to their 2014 black Kia Optima. Lershe assaulted them before leaving in their car. The couple was able to call police. They were taken to Cooper University Hospital. Lershe is being held at Burlington County Correctional Facility pending a preliminary hearing.
