Alleged serial killer Keith Gibson was charged with 41 felony counts in Delaware on Tuesday, 7/6. He is accused of two murders, attempted murder, multiple robberies and assaults. On May 15, he killed 28-year-old Leslie Ruiz-Basilio during a robbery at the Metro PCS store in Elsmere, DE. On June 5, he killed 42-year-old Ronald Wright during a street robbery. He also assaulted four others. Gibson was arrested on June 8 following a robbery at a Rite Aid in Wilmington. A GPS tracker was slipped into the cash and police tracked him to his home. Gibson has already been charged with the February murder of his mother and June murder of Christine Lugo in Philadelphia.

"This indictment lays out one of the most vicious, staggering crime sprees I've seen in my career," Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings said. "It is even more disturbing to think, based on what investigators have revealed in Pennsylvania, that this may just be the tip of the iceberg. We have assigned some of the DOJ's most experienced prosecutors to this case and we will ensure that this man faces justice for the senseless carnage that he has caused. In the meantime, my heart is with the victims, especially the families of Leslie Basilio and Ronald Wright. My thanks go out to our law enforcement partners, including the indispensable efforts of the Elsmere and Wilmington Police Departments."

Philadelphia Police are searching for man who allegedly shot and killed his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend in her home early Tuesday morning, 7/6, in Kingsessing. It happened around 1:30 a.m. on the 2000 block of South Alden Street. The suspect walked into the home and went to a second floor bedroom. He had a argument with the 27-year-old victim. He then shot him multiple times in the chest before fleeing. Police learned of the suspect's residence. Philadelphia Police Department SWAT Unit surrounded his home near South 25th and Mifflin streets in South Philadelphia. The area was cleared around daybreak, but the suspect was not at home. The suspect's name has not been released at this time.

UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 26-year-old Arnold Kirksey. Philadelphia Police have located and arrested the suspect after not finding him at home early Tuesday, 7/6. The identify of the suspect and where he was located has not been released.

Philadelphia Police have arrested a man in connection to the accidental shooting death of a 10-year-old girl in Kingsessing last week, 7/1. Tyree Miles has been charged with involuntary manslaughter. It happened around 9:30 p.m. on the 5500 block of Whitby Avenue. Police arrived to find a 10-year-old girl with a gunshot wound to her head. She was rushed to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she was later pronounced dead. Miles is the girl's uncle.
