Philadelphia Police have released surveillance images of two men wanted in a double shooting at Federal Donuts in Northern Liberties last week. It happened just after 1 p.m. on Thursday, 6/10, at the donut shop on the 700 block of North 7th Street. Two gunmen were chasing after a 27-year-old man when he ran into the restaurant. They then opened fire. The man was hit multiple times and is incritical condition. A 14-year-old boy sitting with his family inside the store was caught in the crossfire and hit twice in the leg. He is in stable condition. The first suspect is described as a Black male in his 20's, 6'0" tall, thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and sneakers. The second suspect is described as a Black male in his 20's, 5'9" tall, thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the left chest, gray sweatpants with a stripe down the leg and sneakers. A criminal investigation has been opened into the fuel spill at a Delaware County gas station over the weekend. It happened overnight Friday-Saturday 6/11-6/12 a Gas-N-Go location at Coebourn Boulevard and Edgmont Avenue in Brookhaven. 4,700 gallons of gasoline spilled into the ground and nearby waterways. Officials are treating this as an environmental disaster. The scope of the damage is not yet known, but it will take a large scale environmental cleanup to contain. Deputy District Attorney Douglas Rhoads said, "Who did what? What happened? What should have happened? These are questions that we seek to answer in a criminal investigation." The gas station received a shipment of fuel on Friday night. Authorities know that the an alarm for high tank levels went off at that time, but the fire department was not notified until Saturday. Timothy Boyce with Delaware County Emergency Services said, "It's hard to believe that whoever did this, or is responsible, didn't know and didn't report it in time. The consequences from this not being reported by someone responsible is we are eight hours behind in the cleanup and remediation. What could have been a couple hundred yards is now more than a mile/"
