New Castle County authorities have released police body worn camera footage from a January incident that ended with police shooting and killing a Bear, Delaware man. It happened in the early morning hours of January 13 in Wilmington. The family of 30-year-old Lymond Moses is calling for justice because of discrepancies in the police's initial report of the incident and what is seen in the video. Investigators said at the time that officers fired as Moses "drove at a high rate of speed directly at the officers." The family says that it appears in the video that Moses was driving around the officers when they shot. "They were not in harm's way," attorney Emeka Igwe said. "And that refutes them opening fire. When it shows that Lymond was not facing any officer directly, that he was swerving around them and that they just decided to open fire through his windows as he went through them, they weren't in harm's way. And then they got behind the vehicle and they were still shooting."

It is not immediately evident that the officers did not follow police protocol. "Based upon this video, we cannot draw any conclusions as to whether the officers acted within policy and the law until all the facts are known and the investigation is complete," New Castle County Police Lt. Brian Faulkner said.

Peeps are Back! Just in time for spring and Easter, Just Born Quality Confection, a family-owned company in Bethlehem, PA, is reopening the factory. Production shut down for nine months due to coronavirus COVID-19 and the almost 100-year-old company missed Halloween and Christmas. Fresh peeps will start to hit store shelves. "When we produce them, they first are what I would like to call a nice colorful blob of marshmallow. But the key is our decorating. We put the eyes on, or for the bunnies, we put the eyes and the nose on. It gives the product 'Peeps-onality,'" laughs CEO Ross Born.

Philadelphia Health officials announced that the FEMA COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Pennsylvania Convention Center will be accepting walkups, no appointment necessary, from Wednesday, March 17 to Monday, March 22.
