On Tuesday, March 2, Philadelphia officials announced that it will follow the rest of Pennsylvania and alter its capacity guidelines for indoor and outdoor events and sports. Indoor capacity will now be 15% and Outdoor capacity will be 20%, no matter the size of the venue. Large venues used to be capped at 500/2500. The Wells Fargo Center announced following the change that fans of the 76ers and Flyers will be allowed 'Back to Broad Street' starting this Sunday, March 7. They'll be selling 3,100 tickets to either basketball or hockey games. The Philadelphia Phillies will be welcoming 8,800 fans into Citizens Bank Park starting Opening Day on April 1. Season ticket holders will get first chance at tickets. They'll be sold in pods of 2, 3, and 4. The first 19 home games will be on sale. The remaining games will be evaluated depending on health conditions at a later date. Anyone attending a game must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing and proper hygiene protocols.

Tom Porto, the lawyer for the family of the young girl injured in the multiple car crash involving Britt Reid, spoke on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, 3/2, about the child's recovery. Reid, former Kansas City Chiefs assistant coach and son of head coach Andy Reid, crashed in to two cars stopped on the side of the highway, including the back of the vehicle that 5-year-old Ariel Young was sitting in. "She's awake, which is a huge development. Likely, she has permanent brain damage that she will endure for the rest of her life," Porto said. "She's not walking. It's a sad, sad, sad story." Reid told the officer that he had "2-3 drinks" and took prescription Adderall. Toxicology reports have not come back. The accident happened just days before the Super Bowl where Britt was supposed to coach alongside his father. He did not make the trip.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will begin giving out coronavirus COVID-19 vaccines at a massive clinic located at the Pennsylvania Convention Center starting Wednesday, March 3. The clinic will run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. everyday through April 30. This Tier 1 facility will have the capacity to vaccinate 6,000 Philadelphians a day. Currently, residents in Phase 1A and 1B are eligible for the vaccine. You can sign up here or call 3-1-1. Although, the city has had to cancel some appointments made through the site as they did not meet the criteria. You must live in the City of Philadelphia and be in Phase 1A or 1B. There are no walk-ins. Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said, "Don't try to jump the line and have some self respect... people who you are jumping the line on are old and sick and may die as a result of it."
