Philadelphia Police are searching for three suspects wanted in the assault of a postal worker on a SEPTA platform last week. It happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, 4/1, on the platform of the Broad Street Line at City Hall. The alleged attackers seemed to randomly target the man waiting for the subway, kicking and punching him to the ground. The suspects videoed their attack and put it on social media. Surveillance cameras in the subway also captured the attack. SEPTA Transit Police chief Thomas J. Nestel tweeted surveillance images captured of the suspects. If you have any information, contact police at 215-686-3093.

UPDATE: One of the suspects is now in police custody.

Philadelphia Police are investigating after a teen was shot after trying to rob a pizza store in Northeast Philadelphia on Saturday night, 4/4. The shop owner chased after him and fired one shot. The teen got into a waiting vehicle and drove away. He later arrived at Jefferson Frankford Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. He was arrested at the hospital where he remains in stable condition. He face numerous charges. The pizza shop owner has a valid license to carry.
