22-year-old Sean Kratz of Philadelphia has been convicted in the deaths of three young men on his cousin Cosmo DiNardo's farm in Solebury Township, Bucks County in July 2017. A jury deliberated for 18 hours over 3 days and asked the judge several questions. Kratz was found guilty of first-degree murder, second degree murder, and robbery in the death of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro. He was found guilty of two counts of voluntary manslaughter in the deaths of 21-year-old Thomas Meo and 22-year-old Mark Sturgis. He was convicted of abuse of corpse in all three. Kratz had previously backed out of a plea deal for third degree murder. DiNardo previous pled guilty to four murders and is serving a life sentence plus. Neither DiNardo nor Kratz testified during trial. The jury will now decide whether Kratz will receive the death penalty or life in prison. The penalty phase starts on Monday.

A South Jersey middle school student was arrested earlier this week after they put toilet water into another student's water bottle. It was reported on Monday, 11/11, at Sgt. Dominick Pilla Middle School in Vineland, NJ. The victim drank from their contaminated bottle. The 13-year-old student is charged with aggravated assault and tampering with a food product. They were processed and then turned over to the custody of a guardian pending court hearings.

Sports
Philadelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles will miss the remainder of the season due to a torn right hip flexor. This could be a career ending injury for the 15-year veteran.
