The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office has released a sketch of a person who is a possible witness in the disappearance of 5-year-old Dulce Maria Alavez. Dulce went missing from Bridgeton City Park just before 5 p.m. on September 16th. This person is reported to have been with one or two children under the age of 5. They are not considered a person of interest or a suspect. "We are asking this person (or anyone who may recognize him) to come forward as investigators wish to speak with him as it is believed that he may have information that is helpful in determining the circumstances that led to Dulce's disappearance," the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office said. He is reported to be a Hispanic male, approximately 5'7", slender build, age 30-35 years. He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and a white baseball style hat. There is a $52,000 reward for information leading to Dulce's whereabouts. If you have any information or recognize this man, contact the Bridgeton Police Department at 856-451-0033.

A mother is accused of shooting her husband and two young children to death before turning the gun on herself in their Philadelphia home on Monday night, 10/14. 28-year-old Damyrra Jones Alcindor is expected to be charged with three counts of murder and other offenses. It happened before 10 p.m. on the 6300 block of Hegerman Street in the Tacony section. Neighbors called police after hearing gunshots. Her husband was pronounced dead at the scene. The 4-year-old and 10-month-old girls were taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children where they died from their injuries. Alcindor is expected to survive her injuries. Police say that she confessed to the shootings while riding in the ambulance to the hospital. They also say that she legally purchased the handgun from a local gun shop just before the shooting.

Police in Atlantic City are investigating after a body was found in the ocean. The body was discovered around 3 p.m. in the water off of Pacific Avenue. Officials say it is badly decomposed. The medical examiner will determine cause/manner of death. The person's identity and how it got into the water are under investigation.
