Second Teen Arrested in Danny DeGennaro Murder Case
  by: iradioal - Philadelphia, PA
started: 03/15/12 2:24 pm | updated: 03/15/12 2:24 pm
Bucks County District Attorney, David Heckler, identified 18-year-old Tatyana Henderson as the second of five suspects in the Dec. 28 shooting death of guitarist Danny DeGennaro.

Henderson was already being held on unrelated charges but will face new ones in connection to the murder case. She will join Danasia Bakr, 17, who was arrested earlier this week, on charges including burglary, homicide and criminal conspiracy.

The three other suspects are still at large, however, Heckler has issued a stern warning, "We are coming. This is the time for you to come forward and address your involvement in this crime. When you hear the knock of the federal marshals on your door, it will be too late."

As far as investigators can piece together, DeGennaro was shot at his home with a shotgun as part of a botched robbery. The group called a number posted on a car outside his Crabtree Drive, Levittown, home. They believed it was his, hoping they could get him on the line and lure him outside. The number was actually his neighbors'. When they failed to reach him, the group decided to enter his home instead of drawing him out. That led to the fatal shooting.
