Surveillance footage from a Roxborough woman's home captured a relentless intruder over the weekend while the family was down the shore and she wants the man identified. It happened on Saturday night, 7/13, at Mitchell Street and Shurs Lane. Andrea Albelda was on vacation and started to received alerts from her Blink security cameras. The man first tried to get in the front door, then the back door, then the front door again. He finally broke in through a living room window. "The most disturbing video was seeing him leaving my house at 8:05 this morning, and then returning an hour later, probably to retrieve something he’d left behind," Albelda said. He didn't steal anything. She thinks he may have been intoxicated and looking for a place to sleep. She hopes he is found so she can press charges. The man is caucasian with short brown hair. He was wearing a blue and white wide-striped T-shirt, and red and blue Sperry sneakers. If you have any information contact police.

The legal age for smoking in Delaware is now 21. Governor John Carney signed the law back in April, raising the minimum age from 18 to 21. This prohibits the sale of most tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and e-cigarrette/vape products. Anyone under 21 cannot enter a vape/smoke shop. Parents and guardians of anyone under 21 cannot legally purchase products for them. The fine is $1,000 for anyone breaking the law, that includes retailers selling products to and adults buying products for anyone underage.

Two dead dogs were found on the side of the road wrapped in a blanket in Montgomery County this past weekend. They were discovered around 7:37 a.m. along the shoulder on the 1400 block of Twining Road in Upper Dublin Township. There were no external signs of trauma. The Montgomery County SPCA is working with police to determine a cause of death. If you have any information, call police at 215-646-2101.
