An employee of a bank in Evesham Township, New Jersey, was arrested for secretly recording women in the bathroom. 35-year-old Larry Tucker Jr. is charged with third-degree invasion of privacy. The incident happened on Dec. 27 at the Citizens Bank located at 791 E. Route 70. A female customer found a cell phone in an envelope that had been placed inside the women's restroom. As she was taking the device to the bank manager, Tucker allegedly grabbed the phone and fled the building. Investigators searched his home and found evidence that he had been using the phone to record unsuspecting women.

Johnny Bobbitt, the homeless veteran involved in the GoFundMe scam, was sentenced today on New Jersey state charges. He had previously pled guilty to conspiracy to commit theft by deception. Bobbitt was sentenced to 5 years probation. He will enter a long-term inpatient drug treatment facility, testify against his co-defendants, Kate McClure and Mark D'Amico, and pay restitution. This a special drug court probation. If he does not complete the program or comply with the sentencing guidelines, he will go to prison. He also pled guilty to a separate federal money laundering conspiracy charge. The sentencing date for that will be later this year.

A 70-year-old man is critically injured after falling nearly three stories and landing on a pile of bricks in South Philadelphia on Friday morning, 4/12. It happened just after 10 a.m. on the 2200 block of Wilder Street in the Point Breeze neighborhood. The man lost his footing while on scaffolding and fell to the ground. He suffered head trauma. The man was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in critical condition.
