Too Hot '50 Shades of Maple Glen' Listing; Teen Pled Guilty to Murder; 12 Sick From Carbon Monoxide

A luxury, upscale home in suburban Philadelphia listed for sale at $750,000 is getting more than enough attention after the agent listed is as '50 shades of Maple Glen.' The house sits on a quiet street in Upper Dublin Township. The colonial home features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, three fireplaces, an indoor/outdoor speaker system, and a gorgeous gourmet kitchen. Oh and by the way, the basement comes fully equiped as a 'private sexual oasis' or 'adult play room' or perhaps 'sex dungeon.' Public real estate listings have since removed the photos of the finished basement, but it included a swing, modified bed, and many other contraptions. (see below) The property was also being offered as an AirBNB but its listing on that site has also been removed. The house will be sold furnished. The neighbors on the small lane are not pleased by all the interest the house has gotten recently and previously as an AirBNB. See a video tour of the house:

A teenager has pled guilty to the shooting death of a father in front of the man's toddler daughter during an attempted car jacking in September 2017. 18-year-old Marvin Roberts, then 16, pled guilty to 1st-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy and related charges in the murder of 38-year-old Gerald Grandzol. He was sentenced to 35 years to life in prison. Last month, his brother, Maurce, pled guilty to 3rd-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy. He was sentenced to 25 to 50 years in prison. The brothers approached Grandzol on the sidewalk outside his home in the Spring Garden neighborhood as he was unloading his car. They demanded his wallet and keys. Grandzol gave them his wallet, but refused to handover his keys because his 2-year-old daughter was still in the back of the car. That is when Marvin shot him in the head and the two brothers took off running. The incident was caught on surveillance camera.

12 students from a Berks County middle school were taken to the hospital on Thursday night, 2/7, after being sicked by carbon monoxide. It happened around 8:30 p.m. at Fleetwood Area Middle School during play practice in the auditorium. The students began complaining of dizziness and lightheadedness. 8 students were taken to the hospital by medics, 4 were taken by parents. Last night, authorities did not know the cause of the sickness, but confirmed that it was carbon monoxide by Friday morning. People in other parts of the school were not affected. Fleetwood Area School District Greg M. Miller announced early Friday morning that the middle school would be closed today.
