Officials in Bucks County are searching for a Langhorne woman who has been missing since Wednesday afternoon, 8/29. 21-year-old Christina Giuffre was last seen around 3pm Wednesday in the Croydon section of Bristol Township. She did not show up for her job at 5 p.m. and attempts to contact her cell phone have been unsucessful. She was last seen wearing a red tank top and either white or gray pants. She is 5’ even, and weighs about 95 lbs. She drives a black Honda Civic with a PA tag of KMN-0274. If you have any information contact Middletown Township police at 215-949-1000.

A 1-year-old boy is dead and his mother is injured after they were hit by a pickup truck in Center City on Thursday morning, 8/30. It happened around 10:30 a.m. near 15th and Vine Streets. The 36-year-old mother was crossing Vine Street with the boy in a stroller when they were hit. They were both taken to the hospital. The boy was pronounced dead around 11:45 a.m. The mother remains in stable condition. The driver of the truck remained at the scene. No word on any charges.

A man has been charged in the murder of an Upper Darby High School student outside a party last month. 21-year-old Deshawn Cannon is charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of 17-year-old Armand Fennell. It happened on July 7th around 10 p.m. on the 500 block on Glendale Road in Upper Darby. There were around 30-40 people at the party when a fight broke out. Fennell tried to leave, but was shot in the back outside as he ran away. At the time of the shooting, Upper Darby Superintendent Michael Chitwood spoke out in disappointment about how even with all of those witnesses, no one would come forward. Police say that after repeated efforts, they finally received tips from the community that directed them to Cannon. He is currently being held in Philadelphia on an unrelated gun charge.
