A man sought by authorities in Bucks County for allegedly groping multiple teen girls in a Target store came forward and was arrested. 41-year-old Scott Raila of Horsham is charged with two counts of indecent assault, three counts of corruption of minors, and one count of indecent assault with a victim under 13 years of age. Raila is accused of touching three girls, ages 15, 13, and 12, on the rear end while in the store. The 15-year-old reported being touched last Thursday, 8/16, in the Warrington store on Easton Road. While authorities reviewed surveillance tapes, they saw the suspect grope a second girl. Officials were able to make the connection to another incident in a Target store in Langhorne on Monday, 8/20. Warrington Township Police released a surveillance photo of the suspect, which prompted Raila to go to the police station and speak with detectives.

Police have arrested two more suspects wanted in connection with the ambush shooting of two undercover detectives in Camden earlier this month. 19-year-old Alexander DeJesus of Philadelphia and 26-year-old Ammar Hall of Camden were arrested on Tuesday, 8/21, in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. The third suspect, 20-year-old Juan Figueroa of Camden, was arrested over the weekend. All three men are charged with criminal attempt murder, aggravated assault, and weapons offenses. "These individuals have very little regard for human life," said Camden Police Chief Scott Thomson. "We're going to interview these suspects and see what they've got to say, but regardless if they knew they were police officers or not, it's of grave concern to us that they were trying to kill those people." The shooting happened on August 7th. The two detectives are recovering.

A Catholic priest in Allentown has been accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a teenage girl and sending her nude images of himself. 30-year-old Father Kevin Lonergan of Pottsville is charged with felony corruption of minors and misdemeanor indecent assault. These charges were not related to the recent grand jury report. The Diocese of Allentown received the complaint from the girl in June and immediately sent it to the district attorney. Lonergan apparently met the 17-year-old at Saint Francis of Assisi Church in Allentown in August 2017. After getting her phone number from a member of the church, he used Snapchat to send nude images of himself to the girl. In February 2018, he is accused of grabbing the girl's buttocks while giving her a hug. Bail was set at $50,000. He has been released from Lehigh County Jail after posting bail. Lonergan had already been removed from active ministry.
