Both Sesame Place and the Oxford Valley Mall had to close on Thursday, July 5th, following a water main break in Middletown Township, Bucks County. The break happened near the intersection of Woodbourne Rd and Rt. 213 just after 1 p.m. Sesame Place says to check for updates on their sites. The Oxford Valley Mall plans to reopen on Friday at 10 a.m.

UPDATE: Sesame Place was closed again on Friday, July 6th.

An unconscious swimmer was pulled from the ocean in New Jersey and later died at the hospital. It happened on Wednesday, July 4th, around 2:45 p.m. in Surf City on Long Beach Island. Lifeguards pulled the man in distress from the surf and performed CPR until rescue arrived to take him to the hospital. He died a short time later. The man's identity has not been released. Authorities say there were rip currents present.

An employee of a Philadelphia Starbucks has been fired after making fun of a customer with a stutter. The incident happened on June 27th at the store located at 34th and Walnut in University City. According to the man's friend, Tan Lekwijit, the customer placed an order and gave his name. The barista mockingly responded, “Okay, S-s-s-sam.” He also wrote the customer's name as "SSSAM" on his cup. Sam reached out to Starbucks Customer Service and received a standard reply and $5 gift certificate. They then shared the story on social media hoping Starbucks would pay more attention. The company responded by decrying the behavior saying the employee is no longer with the company.
