The couple who was found dead in their Bucks County home on Tuesday morning, 5/1, has been identified and a person of interest has been named. Bucks County Assistant District Attorney Gregg Shore says that 27-year-old Tyler Roy and his wife 28-year-old Christine were found on the second floor of their house on the 100 block of Kitty Knight Drive in Churchville. A painter who was working on the home made the discovery around 10:30 a.m. when he went inside to use the bathroom. The cause of death is not known at this time. Investigators are awaiting the results of an autopsy scheduled for Thursday. Shore said that they are looking for 26-year-old Daniel Mooney. Mooney is wanted for questioning in the double homicide and theft of the Roy's vehicle. The stolen car was found in Northeast Philadelphia this morning. There was no forced entry into the home. Authorities do not believe there was any prior relationship between the victims and Mooney, but he did live in the neighborhood. If you have any information on Mooney's location call 215-322-6114, or Submit a Tip at bucks.crimewatchpa.com

UPDATE: Daniel Mooney has been found dead of an overdose in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. He was pronounced dead at Episcopal Hospital. Shore said at a news conference Wednesday that investigators are "unequivocally convinced" that Mooney killed the couple and acted alone. He said that he entered through an unlocked door. The victims were shot and stabbed multiple times and there was a struggle upstairs.

The two black men who were arrested in a Rittenhouse Square Starbucks last month have settled with the City of Philadelphia. Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson personally settled with the city for a symbolic $1 and a promise from officials to set up a $200,000 entrepreneur program for high school students. The 23-year-olds see this as a way to make something positive come out of the situation. They were taken into custody after Starbucks management called police saying they refused to buy something or leave. The two men were waiting for a third person and asked to use the restroom. This incident sparked a nationwide argument over racial profiling. The pair also reached a financial settlement with Starbucks, which includes an opportunity for the young men to finish their bachelor degrees through the company's partnership with Arizona State University. The amount was not disclosed.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama was at Temple University's Liacouras Center today along with a host of other celebrities for the fifth annual College Signing Day. About 8,000 high school seniors attended the event celebrating the student's commitment to higher education. That can come in the form of 4-year university, 2-year junior college, trade school, military, and more. It is part of Michelle Obama's Reach Higher initiative's "Better Make Room" campaign started five years ago "to inspire every student in the U.S. to take charge of their future by completing their education past high school."
