A South Korean woman has been charged with killing her 92-year-old mother at a senior living community in Bucks County on Saturday morning, 4/28. 63-year-old Sung Hee Kim was arrested and charged with murder. Warminster Police responded to the Charter Arms Apartments on Potter Street at 7 a.m. for the report of an assault. They found Kim's mother unconscious on the ground. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim had head injuries. Investigators say that Kim beat her mother with several objects. No word on a motive. Kim was taken to Bucks County Correctional Institute and is being held without bail.

An accident involving an overturned tractor-trailer carrying watermelons on I-95 has left one man dead and another injured. It happened around 2:30 pm Saturday 4/28 at Exit 19 to Packer Avenue/Walt Whitman Bridge. The tractor-trailer was traveling northbound on I-95 and exited the highway. It then overturned on the ramp, spilling its load of watermelons. Some of those melons fell down onto the I-95 southbound lanes and landed on a 2016 Honda HR-V, crushing the roof. The Philadelphia Fire Department used the jaws of life to cut the driver and passenger free. They were taken to Jefferson Hospital. The passenger, 61-year-old Thanh Tam Nguyen of Glenolden, was later pronounced dead. The driver's condition is unknown. The truck driver was not injured. The accident is under investigation.

Haverford Township Police are looking for a suspect wanted for inappropriately touching women. The incidents have happened along a bus route in the township. He is described as a white male in his mid-to-late teens, 5'11" - 6'0" tall, with a thin build. He was seen riding a large skateboard with green wheels. Investigators released a sketch this morning (see below). Anyone who recognizes the suspect in the sketch is asked to contact Det. Hufnal at 610-853-1298, ext.1236

A fire at a Montgomery County high school on Saturday morning, 4/28, injured two firefighters and caused damage to the school. The fire started around 10:30 a.m. at Upper Perkiomen High School on the unit block of Walt Road in Red Hill. It has been ruled accidental. Investigators say it was started by some sort of electrical or mechanical failure sparking flames on top of a wooden cabinet in the tech education classroom. Two firefighters were transported to the hospital with hand injuries. Smoke got into the ventilation system and spread throughout the school. The building will be closed on Monday as cleanup continues.
