Police in Upper Darby say that a home health care worker, who overdosed on heroin, was saved by the patient she was taking care of. 29-year-old Amber Graziano suffered a heroin overdose on Monday evening in the home of the 73-year-old patient. The patient found Graziano in her home and immediately called 911. Graziano was rushed to the hospital, but after treatment and being released, she went back to the patient's house to confront her. She was reportedly upset at the patient because both police and her employer were called causing her to lose her job over the incident. Graziano was later arrested and has been charged with recklessly endangering another person.

Police are continuing an investigation into a car crash after a car went airborne and flipped over on West Chester Pike on Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened at around 1:30 pm on West Chester Pike near South Chester Road in Westtown Township. The driver of the car was speeding when he hit a median and crossed into the eastbound lanes and went airborne. The vehicle then hit several parked cars in the parking lot of Saints Simon and Jude Schools. The driver ended up getting trapped underneath, but emergency crews were able to lift the vehicle and rush him to the hospital with injuries. Luckily no one else was injured in the crash.

Philadelphia Police have released the identity of the suspect wanted for the sexual assault of a teenage girl who has been reported missing. Officials are searching for 42-year-old Pedro Velazquez, whose last known residence was on the 700 block of Allegheny Avenue in Philadelphia. Police say Velazquez met the teenage girl online in May of 2017, they also say the girl was living with him. The girl has now been reported missing and may possibly be with Velazquez who is wanted for statutory rape. Velazquez is described as 5'11", 180 lbs and is believed to be driving a black Nissan Altima with Pennsylvania Tags. Anyone with information about Velazquez's whereabouts is asked to contact Det. Reyes or Officer Rosenbaum at the Philadelphia Police Victims Unit at 215-685-3263/3264.
