Philadelphia Police are searching for three suspects after they shot and injured a teen and another woman on Monday. Police say that a 27-year-old woman invited the three suspects into a house on the 2900 block North 5th Street at around 3:15 a.m. on Monday. The victims ,as well as the suspects, began talking and they all began to brag about money, which led to one of the suspects opening fire. The 17-year-old victim was shot once in the stomach and twice in the right leg. The 27-year-old victim was shot once in the right knee and sustained a graze wound to the left knee. The suspects who are 17, 18 and 20 years old got away with the victims' cell phones as well as $4,000.

A Philadelphia Deputy Sheriff has been arrested after assaulting another officer he was supervising on an assignment. 42-year-old Stephen Postell was arrested on Friday after assaulting a female officer that was reported back in October of 2017. Investigators say that Postell was driving the female officer on an assignment when he pulled the car under a bridge near 16th and Westmoreland streets where he assaulted her. The victim began to struggle, causing Postrell to stop the assault. The woman also reported a second incident of assault involving Postell at their workplace. Postell has been charged with indecent exposure, indecent assault, and simple assault.

The parents of Cosmo Dinardo, one of the suspects involved in the murder of four men in Bucks County last summer, are being sued in a wrongful death lawsuit. The families of three victims killed by Dinardo and his cousin filed the civil suit on Monday. Attorneys say that with prior knowledge of Dinardo's mental illness, his parents should have prevented access to guns and the company-owned construction equipment that was used in the murders. The victims were found back in July 2017 at the family's Solebury Township farm.
