After a year of investigating, the Auditor General has released his findings on Thursday connected with the mismanagement, harassment, and discrimination that was taking place at the Philadelphia Parking Authority. The Auditor General, Eugene DePasquale, stated that the board of the PPA allowed the former executive director Vince Fenerty to become a tyrant. DePasquale stated in his report that DePasquale was "Engaging in sexual harassment, extensively manipulating leave balances for himself and other senior managers and ignoring outdated employment policies, neglecting employing training, and completely controlling the hiring of all employees." The audit uncovered sexual harassment claims that date back to 2006, as well as identifying nearly $78 million in revenue that the Philadelphia School District potentially missed out on over the past 5 years. The findings from the audit have now been turned over to the Attorney General's office, the IRS, and the State Ethics Commission for further action. A man and a woman are in critical condition after a shooting occurred in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. The shooting happened on the 3200 block of G Street at Madison at around 6:50 pm. Police say that a 25-year-old man was shot in the buttocks and abdomen and a 33-year-old woman was shot twice in the chest, once in the leg, and once in the right arm. Both victims were taken to Temple University Hospital where they remain in critical condition. Police are still investigating.

Police in Chester County are searching for a ring of wallet thieves who have been using the stolen credit cards. Police are reviewing footage from the King of Prussia Mall of two of the suspects entering the mall. Police say that the two suspects used the stolen cards that day at the mall. They also believe that the suspects are responsible for other thefts that have happened in the area. Along with the two caught on camera, they believe there is also another man and a woman involved. Police have stated that the man in the video does walk with a severe limp.
