Philadelphia Police are searching for a thief who used a stolen Philadelphia Parking Authority uniform while making off with thousands' worth of equipment from a Bridesburg warehouse. The theft happened on Sunday at Fastway LLC at 4204 Thompson St. before the business opened. The man was caught on a neighboring business' surveillance camera. He was seen loading up equipment from the yard of the business into the back of a white pickup truck. He stole a toolbox, lawnmower, barbecue grill, hand truck, and a sump pump. The suspect was wearing a PPA uniform with an old logo. The PPA says that a uniform was stolen from a vehicle in Bridesburg three weeks ago. If you recognize the vehicle or have any information contact Philadelphia Police.

Two men are in critical condition after a drive-by shooting in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood. It happened after 7:30 p.m. on the 3600 block of North Sydenham Street. The victims were sitting in a minivan when the shooter pulled up in a red vehicle and opened fire. Eleven shell casing were found. The victims started to drive away but crashed into a parked car. The 22-year-old male victims were each taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition suffering from multiple gun shot wounds. Police are looking for a motive and suspects in the case.

An appeals court has again denied Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill's lawyer's request that he be released on bail. The legal team originally filed the Emergency Writ Of Habeas Corpus in Pennsylvania Superior Court back in late November claiming that Common Pleas Court Judge Genece Brinkley had not yet responded to several post-sentencing motions including one on bail and another asking for her recusal. The Superior Court denied that emergency motion, but directed the lower court to hold a bail hearing "without further delay." On Monday, December 4th, Judge Brinkley denied bail at a hearing saying that Robert Williams was a "danger to the community" and a flight risk. This decision was immediately appealed, but Superior Court denied that second appeal on Wednesday. Per the court docket, "bail pending disposition of the motion for modification of sentence is DENIED." He will remain in prison while the 2-4 year sentence stemming from parole violations is appealed.
