A Delaware County man accused of using hidden cameras to secretly record women and girls in bathrooms was convicted on Monday of all charges. Vincent Kane of Broomall, who also turned 20 on Monday, was found guilty in a bench trial by Delaware County Judge James Bradley on all 10 counts including possession of child pornography, invasion of privacy, and creation of obscene materials among other related charges. The investigation started last year when Kane's phone was discovered recording in a unisex bathroom on the campus of Villanova University where he was a part-time student. Investigators then discovered a hard drive hidden in his closet at his home in Broomall containing 51,000 images and videos. Those included recordings from Villanova bathrooms, at his job at CVS on West Chester Pike in Broomall, and from when he attended Cardinal O'Hara High School. There were also a few images of an underage girl. Sentencing is set for January 22nd. Kane has to report to county jail on December 27th. The judge has allowed him to remain free on bail through Christmas because he chose a bench trial and spared victims from testifying.

New Castle County police are searching for suspects responsible for stealing a walker belonging to a 10-year-old girl who suffers from cerebral palsy. It happened on November 30th on the unit block of North Rodney Drive in New Case County, DE. Brittany Murray wheeled her daughter Kirsten Edwards-Alexander out to the car and pulled away, accidentally leaving the custom, royal blue, 3-foot tall walker in the front yard. When she realized she had left without it, Brittany called her husband who was still at home. He walked outside but the walker was gone. A neighbor's surveillance camera shows a white pick-up truck pull up to the house moments after they had left. A man gets out of the passengers side, walks over, and picks up the walker. He then throws it in the back and gets back in the truck. If you have any information call (302) 573-2800. See Photo Below.

The parents of a man accused of beating to death a woman who was house sitting in Woodbury, New Jersey back in September have also been charged in the case. 52-year-old David Wilson and 50-year-old Kim Ward of Paulsboro, NJ are charged with hindering the arrest of their son 19-year-old Brandon Wilson. Brandon has been charged with the murder of 26-year-old Shawneeq Carter. She was housesitting a home on Hopkins Street. Police believe that Brandon attempted to burglarize the house believing it was empty but found Carter inside. Her body was found a few days later. Prosecutors say that while Brandon was in Cape May County Jail he called his parents and asked them to clean and dispose of a pair of sneakers after he learned a shoe imprint was discovered at the scene. Investigators found two pairs of shoes in the couple's attic that appeared to have been cleaned and smelled of solution. No court date for the parents has been set.
