100 Students Brawl in SEPTA Station; Body Found on House in Chester; Man Stabbed in TGI Friday's

A brawl involving 100 high school students broke out at a SEPTA train station on Friday. The fight happened around noon on the westbound side of the 8th Street Station of the Market-Frankford El. The students were from the Charter High School for Architecture and Design. SEPTA police initially attempted to break up the melee but students began attacking the. Philadelphia police were called and dozens of officers arrived as backup. Three of the students were arrested. No one was injured.

Police in Chester are investigating after the body of a man was discovered on top of an abandoned house. They responded to the 2300 block of Providence Avenue around 10 a.m. Friday. 33-year-old Adam Hoffman was found on top of the house. He was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no signs of foul play. Police are still investigating a cause of death and how Hoffman ended up on the residence. If you have any information contact Chester police.

A man was stabbed inside a TGI Friday's restaurant in Center City on Friday night. It happened around 7:30 p.m. on the 1700 block of the Ben Franklin Parkway. Police say that the 31-year-old man was stabbed once in the left arm. The man was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition. The victim apparently knows the suspect. No arrests have been made.
