Authorities returned to the Advanced Urgent Care clinic in Willow Grove on Friday to serve another search warrant. This time it was Upper Moreland Police who briefly shut down the business first thing when it opened in the morning to perform their searches. After the authorities concluded, they allowed it to open back up and the large line of patients who gather there daily rushed to get in. On October 23rd, the DEA and FBI were searching the clinic as well as another branch in Northeast Philadelphia. The DEA won't comment on the ongoing investigating. The owner of Advanced Urgent Care, Dr. Mehdi Nikaparvfard, has been arrested by U.S. Marshals on a civil contempt charge. He threatened a deputy on his was to jail and is facing another charge for that.

Three women were arrested in Radnor this afternoon for shoplifting, but not before fleeing a routine traffic stop and crashing their car. It started shortly before 2 p.m. when a Radnor officer attempted to pull over the car for a suspended vehicle registration near Sproul and Conestoga Roads. After they pulled over they suddenly took off. The officer did not pursue and notified the supervisor. Shortly after, the call came in that the car had hit a SUV and flipped over on Newtown Road near Abrahams Lane. One of the women got out and tried to carjack another motorist, but then fled. She was found hiding in the woods. The crash had scattered merchandise onto the road that was in the car. It was determined that it was $2,000 worth of sheets the trio had stolen from the HomeGoods store on Lancaster Ave. They have been identified as 18-year-old Zamaya Nelson, 27-year-old Jennifer Teague, and 25-year-old Cherisse Todd of Philadelphia. They are charged with retail theft, conspiracy, and fleeing. Todd will also be charged with the attempted carjacking. Arraignment will be Saturday morning.

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Bucks County on Friday night. It happened around 6:30 p.m. along the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway. The vehicle was headed southbound just south of Route 132 when it struck the pedestrian. The southbound lanes were closed as police investigated. The driver of the vehicle did stay at the scene. The victim has not been identified.

Sports
It's not the first time one of the new NBA jerseys from Nike has ripped this season (see LeBron James, Draymon Green, and Jame Ennis) but what happened to the 76ers' Ben Simmons Friday night was probably the most overt example. While battling for a rebound, Simmons' jersey got torn in two by Indiana Pacers’ Lance Stephenson. Simmons' pleaded with the refs for a foul showing the jersey turned cape around his neck as evidence he was grabbed. He didn't get the call and tossed the jersey aside. It didn't bother him too much, the rookie did tally his second triple-double. Watch the video below.
