A 21-year-old man kidnapped from his Lancaster County home this morning has been found unharmed and safe and his abductor is in custody. It happened around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on Concord Lane in Columbia Borough. 31-year-old Dustin Wetten was armed with a handgun and kicked his way into 21-year-old Jordan Fischer's home. Wetten threatened Fischer and forced him into his car. Police say the two men were acquainted. Wetten surrendered to the Columbia Borough Police Department around 9:30 a.m. He'll be charged with burglary, kidnapping and unlawful restraint. No word on a motive or where Fischer was taken. He is currently with family.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross says that police are close to making arrests in connection to the shooting deaths of 16-year-olds Salvatore DiNubile and Caleer Miller. The two high school students were shot to death on Tuesday night in South Philadelphia during an argument with some other teens. Ross said the department does not have enough evidence right now, but they are making progress. He says, "I anticipate within the next couple days, we probably will be able to make an arrest." A large group of family and friends gathered at 12th and Ritner streets where the shooting occurred for a vigil on Wednesday evening. DiNubile was a junior at St. Joe's Prep and Miller was a junior at the Thomas Campus of Mastery Charter School.

Philadelphia Police are looking for the public's help in an investigation of an assault, robbery, and car jacking of a pizza delivery driver in West Philadelphia last Friday. So far two suspects are in custody. They are still looking for three more, two of which have been identified. It happened around 11 p.m. on October 20th at the Lukoil Gas Station at 5748 Baltimore Avenue. The driver had just delivered pizza to the gas station and was headed back to his vehicle when one suspect, a 13-year-old boy, pulled out a gun and hit the victim over the head. He was knocked unconscious. A second suspect, a 16-year-old boy, got in the car and drove away. The first suspect then went through the victim's pockets. Those two were turned in by their families. The other suspects stood around watching. The entire incident was captured on surveillance video. Anyone with any information is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS.
