Philadelphia Police are now investigating after two men were killed in separate shootings on Tuesday night. The first shooting took place on the 3000 block of North Stillman Street at around 7 pm in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia. Police arrived on the scene to find the 24-year-old victim with two gunshot wounds to the head. The second shooting took place at around 9 pm on 38th and Reno Streets in the Mantua section. Police found a 50-year-old victim with gunshot wounds to the head and torso. He was taken to a local hospital but was later pronounced dead. So far there have been no arrests made.

Penn State University has now announced that it will be suing the charity organization, The Second Mile, which was founded and run by former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky. The Second Mile Foundation was dissolved and surrendered to the Attorney General's Office after Sandusky was found guilty of child molestation charges and was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison. Penn State filed a writ of summons, which states that the university is intending to sue the charity. Officials say that the document filed was not unexpected and it does not give any specific allegations.

The leader of a Philadelphia dance troupe has been arrested on sexual assault charges. 28-year-old Tyree Dumas, who is the founder and CEO of Dollarboyz, located on 54th and Market Streets, was placed into police custody on Tuesday. Dumas faces three separate sexual assault charges on children, including endangering the welfare of a child. Police say that one of the charges comes from a case they began investigating last month, which involved an 8-year-old boy enrolled in the dance troupe. The other two are from a case in 2013, which involved alleged assaults on an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old from 2008. Dumas is now free on bail. Police are continuing to search for any more victims that may be out there.
