Philadelphia Police have now taken a suspect into custody for a DUI after he reportedly crashed into around 27 cars in two different neighborhoods in Philadelphia on Sunday morning. The incident began on the 1400 block of Devereau Avenue at around 3 a.m., where he crashed into around 10 cars damaging them. The driver then continued and damaged more cars on the 6900 block of Kindred Street. The suspect caused a lot of damage to the parked cars, knocking off side view mirrors and leaving huge dents in the sides. Police say that many of the owners of the cars started to follow him, this is when he got out of his car and began to run. Police later caught him a couple of blocks away. The 38-year-old suspect is now being charged with a number of offenses.

Camden County Police are searching for a man who is wanted for slashing several tires on police and fire vehicles. Police say it all happened at around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday at the Police and Municipal Building in Somerdale. The security camera caught the suspect entering the lot with the cars, which is located on the 100 block of Kennedy Boulevard. Police say the suspect slashed around 52 tires, 9 of them on police cruisers, 1 on a fire vehicle, and 3 on personal cars of on duty cops. Police are asking the public's help in identifying the suspect.

Rescue teams in Houston spent the day on Sunday trying to rescue people who were left stranded on their homes due to the flooding of Hurricane Harvey that devastated a portion of the Houston area. Rescue teams navigated their way through the flooded streets of Houston, trying to help as many of the victims as they could. They say that volunteers joined the rescue crews due to the high number of calls that were coming in. Officials say that flooding got so bad in some areas that it was able to rush into second floors of some homes. Crews advised the residents to make their way to their roofs, so they wouldn't get trapped inside of the house. Officials say that the storm affected nearly a quarter of the Texas population or roughly around 6.8 million people. President Trump is expected to visit Texas on Tuesday, but talked with officials in Texas on Sunday to discuss federal support for response and recovery efforts.
