NJ Smoking Age Proposal; Bucks Co. Man Missing In Montana; Car Chase Ends At Phila. Airport

New Jersey lawmakers have now sent Governor Chris Christie a measure that would raise the smoking age to 21 in the state. The Democratic controlled Senate wants to raise the smoking age from 19 to 21, only allowing anyone above the age of 21 to buy tobacco and electronic cigarettes. The Senate previously approved the measure, but Gov. Christie vetoed it. The Senate is unsure how Christie will feel about the measure this time around. New Jersey would become the second state to raise the smoking age 21 after Hawaii.

Police are now searching for a Bucks County man who has gone missing in the Montana wilderness. Rescue teams are now searching for Bensalem resident, Eric Hellmuth, who they say went missing in a remote part of the Bob Marshall Wilderness in Montana. Officials say that Hullmuth walked away from his campsite at around 2 pm on Monday and hasn't been seen since. Officials have now concentrated their search 30 miles northwest of Augusta.

Police have placed two suspects into custody after they led authorities on a car chase through Delaware County on Thursday. The suspects, who were wanted for robbery, took police through I-95, Marcus Hook, Chester, Prospect Park, Essington, Ridley Park and into Tinicum. The chase finally came to an end at around 8:20 pm in the economy parking lot of the Philadelphia International Airport. Police say that the suspect's car sustained a flat tire, causing them to flee on foot. The one suspect was taken into custody at the economy lot, the other was captured nearby the scene.
