Warrants for Chester Count Assault Suspect; DE Helicopter Crash; Familiar Suspect Arrested in NJ

The Chester County District Attorney has issued additional warrants for the suspect accused of punching a man suffering from cerebral palsy in a parking lot in West Chester earlier this month. 29-year-old Barry Baker of Georgetown, DE, was caught on surveillance camera on May 10th mocking the disabled man before sucker punching him in the face. He was arrested for simple assault and made bail on May 22nd. Baker is now being sought for a violation of his probation/parole. He also failed to appear in court today for a domestic issue which resulted in an additional warrant. His attorney has been notified. District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement, "The defendant should turn himself in immediately to address these warrants. We will not quit until we find him." Anybody with information on Baker's whereabouts should contact the West Chester Police at 610-696-2700.

One person is dead after a medical helicopter crashed in New Castle County, Delaware this morning. It happened at 11:55 a.m. about a mile south of the New Castle County airport on the 100 block of Quigley Boulevard. It was a PennSTAR helicopter registered to the University of Pennsylvania. It had left from Atlantic City at 11:17 a.m. and was flying into the airport when it crashed. The chopper was not on an emergency mission. The pilot was only person on board and was killed. His name has not been released but has been described as a 37-year-old man from Franklinville, New Jersey.

A man charged in a violent home invasion in Camden County on Monday night is connected to the disappearance and murder of a 12-year-old girl in Clayton five years ago. 21-year-old Dante Robinson is currently in police custody at Cooper University Hospital. He was shot by a homeowner while attempting to burglarize a home in Sicklerville along with 4-5 others. He is charged with charged with burglary, aggravated assault, endangering a child and other offenses. Dante, then 17, was charged alongside with his brother Justin, then 15, in the October 2012 murder of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale. She was killed while riding her BMX bike in the neighborhood and placed in a recycling bin. The case began with an extensive missing persons search. Justin took full responsibility for the killing and pled guilty. He was sentenced to 17 years. Dante pled guilty to an obstruction of justice charge. He was released from a a juvenile facility for time served in 2013.
