A large fire that damaged and destroyed a row of town homes in Philadelphia's Point Breeze neighborhood early Monday morning has been ruled an arson. Investigators for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives announced a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. ATF Special Agent in Charge Sam Rabadi said, "Acts of arson are dangerous crimes and threaten the community. ATF is committed to keeping the public safe from those who maliciously set fires." It happened around 4:15 a.m. Monday in a row of 11 houses in various stages of construction at 20th and Wharton. The fire hit 2-alarms and drew 75 firefighters to the scene. All 11 buildings were damaged to some degree, two collapsed during the fire, and two more were brought down for safety. Developer Ori Feibush was self financing the project and did not have insurance. The project has been contentious in the neighborhood with many concerned about gentrification and being priced out of their life long homes. Anyone with information is asked to call the ATF 24/7 hotline at 1-888-ATF-FIRE (1-888-283-3473), email: ATFTips@atf.gov or submit a tip anonymously by using the ReportIt App on your mobile phone.

New Jersey police have arrested a Burlington County man for several incidents in which he exited his car naked over the past fews months. The suspect has been identified as 29-year-old Brian Tyburski of Shamong Township. Last December 2016, police in Medford and Evesham Township received reports of a "large, white" man exiting his Jeep completely naked. On December 30th, the suspect chased two teenage girls. Yesterday, police received another complaint in Medford. This time the man was driving a Honda Civic. They were able to identify Tyburski as the suspect. He was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged with 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and a multiple counts of lewdness. He admitted to the incidents to police.

Four suspects have been arrested and one more is sought for the human trafficking and sexually assault of a 14-year-old girl. 18-year-old Shaikey Copper, 23-year-old Reggie Jamal Fields, 21-year-old Fantasia Gale, and 23-year-old Shawn Jackson are in custody. 24-year-old Angelo Romero is still at large. On April 23rd, the teen ran away from home and contacted Copper, a supposed friend, who said he had work for her. When they met at his home, Copper sexually assaulted the girl. Copper took the teen to Fields' home where Gale set up an online ad offering sex for money. They forced the teen to have sex with several men over two days for money. On April 25th, when everyone was asleep, she escaped and walked to Temple Hospital where she told authorities she had been raped multiple times by many men. Copper, Fields and Gale are facing many charges including trafficking and false imprisonment.
