Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a shooting occurred in the Strawberry Mansion Section of Philadelphia that left one victim dead and another injured. The shooting took place at around 9:40 pm on Sunday on the 2500 block of North Martson Street. Police say that multiple shots were fired in the area, and two people were struck. One victim was later pronounced dead. There is still no word on the other victim's condition. Police are still searching for the suspect or suspects responsible.

Fire crews are now investigating a two-alarm fire that broke out at an Upper Darby apartment complex leaving many residents displaced. The fire took place at around 11:30 am on Sunday at 2020 Garrett Road. Fire crews arrived on the scene later and were able to put the fire out just after 12 pm. Only one person was injured in the fire; an officer was treated on the scene for smoke inhalation. Fire crews are continuing their investigation into what caused the blaze.

Miami-Dade Police have now identified one of the two victims of the fitness center shooting as New Jersey native 35-year-old Janine Ackerman. Ackerman, who is originally from Monroeville, NJ, lived in Miami and was the gym's general manager. The other victim, 42-year-old Marios Hortis of Miami Beach, was the gym's fitness manager. Police say that 33-year-old Abeku Wilson of Miami had been fired as a fitness trainer at Equinox gym due to workplace violence. Shortly after being fired, Wilson returned to the gym, shooting and killing Ackerman and Hortis, then turning the gun on himself.
